Sleep is critical for health and performance

Research shows that most people need at least 7 hours per night, and athletes need more that (8+) if they want to perform their best.

Here are some ways to consistently get enough sleep:

  • Go to bed at the same time each night
  • Begin the process of going to bed about an hour before you plan to be asleep
  • Turn email, news, and work related screens off 2 hours before bedtime
  • Keep your bedroom dark and cold
