Long Term Improvement

Intentional change is tough, especially if we think we’re going to see improvement overnight or even over a few weeks. Some types of improvement are like great food: they take a lot of planning and slow cooking. As you consider the improvements you’d like to see in your life, health or fitness, make a multi-year map for yourself. Keep your map where you can see it and mark off your progress as you go. You will be amazed at what can happen if you just allow yourself time to keep moving forward toward your goals.
