Goals: What’s the Point?

Your brains runs on dopamine, a neurotransmitter designed to work, work, work toward goals. Without a goal, we tend to stagnate. But, there’s a catch: the goals need to be manageable even if quite lofty. Because otherwise, we GIVE UP. Seeing even miniscule amounts of progress will keep us moving forward. Make sure your goals can be broken down into small, tiny steps that you CAN achieve.
