Finding Optimism

There are few things that help build optimism, especially for people who have more pessimistic outlooks. The first is gratitude: when you can repeatedly remind yourself and truly feel grateful for what’s good in your life, optimism can follow. The second way to foster optimism is seeing the beauty and good in small actions like a smile, a beautiful sunset or a kitten playing with string. Really SEE it, and you’re more likely to FEEL it.
