Encourage Clients to GIVE More This Year

G:  Get Moving. In any way possible. Dance, walk, climb, swim, bike, or run:  it all counts.

I:  Initiate Conversations:  just because we have to socially distance and wear masks doesn’t mean we shouldn’t talk to people!

V:  Vary Their Routines: Walk, run or bike different loops, try new exercises or cooking methods.

E: Eat Well.  Encourage them to add lean protein, vegetables, fruit and a whole grain to any meal or snack to boost valuable nutrients.
