Don’t Give Up

Too many times, clients “give up” on their fitness and health goals. One way to help them stay strong to the finish is help them see their incremental successes and develop sub-goals that are doable. For example, finishing a marathon requires more than just signing up: hiring a coach or having a plan, scheduling the workouts, doing each workout, these are ALL goals that must be met (and celebrated) for the event to happen. Even if the race never happens, meeting all those goals along the ways counts!! #TrainerTipTuesday
