All Clients Need Goals

Without goals, no progress can be made or realized. Your job is to help clients set realistic goals. Instead of allowing them to once again set the goal of 25lb weight-loss before summer, how about some truly life-changing habit goals? Such as: 3 workouts per week, every week; 1 extra serving of fruits/vegetables daily; eating protein throughout the day; finding a way to make evening meals more manageable by meal prepping or using a meal service.
