Time Your Calories

No matter what our jobs or training habits, we all move more during the day and less in the evening and not at all when we sleep. Therefore, it only makes sense to eat MOST of your calories earlier in the day and finish up by early evening with a light meal. In other words, most of us eat entirely BACKWARDS saving our largest meals for the end of the day when we should really be eating food earlier in the day as we need it and can metabolize it. You’ll also tend to sleep a bit better if you are not trying to digest a large amount of food late in the evening.
