Take Care of Yourself

Posture and spinal alignment are the root of many injuries. Over time, we all slip into poor posture routines: we hunch over computers, sit too much, sleep in poor positions, and forget to hold our spines in a neutral positions which all lead to sore knees, hips, backs, shoulders and necks. Get assessed by a physical therapist or chiropractor and start working on strengthening what needs strengthening and mobilizing joints that aren’t working well. Maintaining good posture and alignment is a lifelong requirement: although your physical therapist may declare you “fixed” you need to continue the exercises given to keep your posture healthy.
