If the Shoe Fits

Fitness begins with your feet & ankles. How are your shoes? Not just the ones you run or walk in, but the ones that you wear every day. Do they allow your toes to move freely or do the mush them into an unnatural shape? Are the wear patterns on the bottom obvious? Time for new ones. Do you spend time strengthening your feet the way you do your arms? Barefoot calf raises, toe yoga, and other foot, calf ankle stretches keep your foot muscles working well. Your feet are your foundation. If they are collapsing or not moving well, they will affect your posture.
