You can’t eat meals at home if you don’t have the ingredients on hand or a plan for what to cook. Try these steps: Brainstorm a list of all the meals that you love to eat or perhaps have made. Narrow this list down to 5 meals you KNOW you’ll make and eat. Find recipes if you don’t already have them. Create a master shopping list of all the things you usually need to buy and either plan a weekly time to shop or set up online ordering. If you are really good, you can just shop 1-2x per month and pick up perishables as needed. Set a time on the weekends or specific nights to cook. Make enough food to provide leftovers for another night or lunches.
