Healthier Vacation Eats

  • Use a meal service or grocery delivery service.

  • Take advantage of fresh produce at local farmers markets.

  • Keep healthier snacks and beverage visible and less healthier options in cabinets or out of view.

  • Even if you co-vacationers aren’t that interested in healthy eating, make sure you have the foods on hand that you want to eat that you know work well for your body. Bring an extra cooler if necessary to make this work.
